Alfa MIMTECH has been awarded the 2024 Emissions Reduction Certificate, granted by DHL Express as part of its environmental initiative, GOGREEN. This recognition certifies that the company has effectively contributed to the reduction of CO₂ emissions generated by the international transport of its products over the past year.
The certificate is part of DHL’s global initiative aimed at minimizing the environmental impact of freight transportation. Through measures such as the use of clean technologies, optimized routes, vehicles powered by alternative fuels, and voluntary carbon offsetting, the logistics company enables its customers to measurably reduce their carbon footprint.
Each year, DHL calculates the emissions generated by its customers’ shipments and offsets them through certified climate protection projects. The entire process is audited by independent organizations such as SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance), ensuring transparency and reliability.
